Our Urologist will be out on medical leave up to 12 weeks. This Locums will provide clinic and OR coverage as part of the assignment.

Monday – Friday (8-4:30)
No weekends
Will need provider with active license and clean history for temp privileges

I need someone who can provide clinic and do surgery only. No call requirements
I need them to be here at least one week a month if not more 2 weeks would be preferred.
I need them to have already have a NM license
We need them to have availability starting in Nov or Dec.
