PROVIDERS MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED WITH PECOS AS A PROVIDER.
Any travel costs (mileage, rental car, gas, airfare) will be capped at $500.00 total.
Must have active NC license and NC DEA (NC address).
Provider must have NC Medicaid Credential.
-No Recent or open Malpractice Cases. *Details required in submission.*
-Prefer candidates within driving distance or airfare/travel must be capped at $500
-All-inclusive rate preferred or must include 1-2 gratis hours or the provider will not be considered.
-Case logs from the last 12 months (must be from a hospital not an estimate from the provider) *required in submission*
PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING ANSWERS IN BID SUBMISSIONS TO SPEED UP REVIEW PROCESS:
–Active NC license
–NC DEA
–NC Medicaid, NC Medicare/PECOS enrolled
–Board Certified or Board Eligible
–Must be fully vaccinated
–Actively delivering babies (must submit case logs for past 24 months)

Provider will round on patients, on-call for emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries. Provider also available for any emergent GYN procedures. High risk deliveries will only be emergent (no NICU at our facility). High risk transfer to New Hanover Regional or Cape Fear Valley for NICU – both approx. 30-45 mins. Level 1 nursery at Sampson Regional.
Provider will be housed in hospital apartments adjacent to facility.
Provider must be within 20 mins per hospital bylaws.
Hospitalist support staff, 24/7 on call Anesthesiology support, 24/7 on call Radiology support, Average 27 deliveries monthly with average of 11 C-Sections, 3 labor rooms and 14 postpartum, census is typically 1-3 deliveries/24 hr period.
