LOCUM- Rheumatology
JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for one provider to cover 4 to 5 days per week (preferred), 32-36 hours per week. Shift times will be 7am to 5pm typically but there is some flexibility on hours within that range. If they can offer 1-2 weeks per month that would be helpful.
Preference: local candidate/drive in candidate preferred, ideally looking for longer term locums to cover interim before permanent physician replacement starts.
Outpatient work only BUT the provider will need to go through hospital credentialing because this is a hospital outpatient department.
Intravenous therapies relating to intravenous medicines for Rheumatology
Please ensure bids reflect the below:
– Guaranteed hours: 8
– OT to apply after 9 hours per day
– OT should be preapproved by the clinic manager ( it should be unnecessary)
Required to have an active OR license and OR DEA.
Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency required.
BLS required
Information to come on long term housing budget if provider wants to go with this option.
