Please note: We are seeking providers who are experienced with treating Multiple Sclerosis. We need providers who are certified with the TOUCH Prescribing Program to prescribe Tysabri. I’ve attached the details of this program above, please include in your presentation if your provider meets this requirement.
Needing coverage starting April/May or as soon as credentialed. Provider will work 8-5 Monday-Friday with one week of call per month (Monday-Monday). Provider required to be able to read EEGs.
Schedule will be up to full time, minimum two weeks per month. Call is not required but will be helpful if the provider can take one week per month (Monday-Monday)
Provider needs to be experienced with Epic and must be able to complete new patient appointments in 40 minutes and 20 minute follow up appointments once established into our clinic processes.
